13. Chargebacks and Recoupment of Funds
By placing an order with TILSTILS, you agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks for non received items:
- Order Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your order, we ask that you contact us first at support@tilstils.com. Our team will do our best to assist you and resolve any issues promptly. Raising a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to assist may result in unnecessary delays and additional fees. - Chargebacks While Goods Are in Transit or in Your Possession
If you initiate a chargeback for goods not received while your goods are in transit or after the goods have been delivered to your address, the following terms will apply:- If the goods are still in transit, and a chargeback is raised, you will remain liable for the full amount of the order once the goods are delivered.
- If the goods have been delivered and are in your possession at the time of the chargeback, this will be considered as an attempt to retain goods without payment, and we reserve the right to take further action, including recovering the funds through legal means or engaging debt recovery services.
- Failure to Cancel Chargeback
If the chargeback is not cancelled and the goods have been dispatched or delivered, you will remain liable for the full amount of the order plus any applicable fees, including but not limited to a £10 administrative chargeback fee. - Right to Recoup Funds
In the event that the chargeback is not resolved and payment is not received, TILSTILS reserves the right to pursue the following actions:- Engage debt collection services to recover the full outstanding balance.
- Take legal action to recover the full cost of the goods, plus any additional fees incurred during the collection process, including legal fees and administrative costs.
- Report the outstanding balance to relevant credit agencies, which may impact your credit rating.
- Fraudulent or Unjustified Chargebacks
TILSTILS takes fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified or fraudulent, we will take appropriate legal action to recover the funds and protect our business interests.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions, including your responsibility for payment and any applicable fees should a chargeback occur.
14. Your Declaration
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare that you fully understand and accept the rights and obligations stated herein, including all relevant internal rules, together with those described in the User Agreement and the TILSTILS Compensation Plan.
